His is very responsive to messages or calls or emails. His years of experience and especially his historical knowledge of the east bay (given he grew up here) provided very valuable insight in helping us make the decision. Our home needed some work. The unknown unknowns made us nervous about the purchase. Jon made an effort to connect us with contractors to explain the work needed.
